Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The kitchen was well appointed for the at-home chef, but the house was also convenient for dinners out. The location is incredible for so many winter activities. We loved the neighborhood and felt welcomed by all. As a dog-friendly home, we were so grateful for the proximity to the golf course for doggie play dates. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

  Amazing. Castle Peak Close home was beautiful and spacious to accommodate a family of 10 plus our dog. Arrowhead community was beautiful and neighbors were lovely. Inter-community shuttle the BEST. So close to Beaver Creek and Vail. Skied and snowboarded from Arrowhead to Beaver Creek!! Would recommend 1000% we will definitely return.
