Our 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom condo is a pet-owner's perfect location for an executive rental. The ideal North Boulder location means a park, restaurants, grocery, shops, and a bus are all within minutes. The complex's community yard is perfect for pets!

Our west-facing corner unit has a luxurious penthouse feel since it occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors of the complex. Step into the updated open-concept living space where natural light and mountain views pour in through every window. The thoughtful layout allows for entertaining and relaxation, with a spacious living area that flows effortlessly into the dining space and kitchen. The dining space comfortably seats two people, and three additional guests can enjoy meals at the breakfast bar. The kitchen offers plenty of room for meal prep and clean-up.

The main floor bedroom provides versatility for guests to rest in the evenings or work in the home office nook. The 2nd-floor main bedroom offers a relaxing space with a large, comfortable reading corner and an en-suite bathroom with a combination tub/shower. From the main bedroom, step out to the rooftop patio. It is an outdoor oasis! You'll find a coveted sanctuary from the rooftop haven with panoramic views stretching from the majestic Flatirons to the surrounding urban landscape. The large roof deck provides ample space for outdoor lounging, dining, and entertaining under the open sky.

    This property is ideal for an extended stay in Boulder. Located on the north side of town, it offers easy access to the trail system, is within walking distance to a grocery store and coffee shop, and provides quick access to downtown Boulder. We especially loved the second bedroom and half bath, which made hosting guests during our stay a breeze, and the rooftop patio was fantastic. The management company was outstanding—they left a thoughtful welcome gift, were incredibly responsive, and provided excellent recommendations for must-try local restaurants. We can’t wait to return!
