Boston Commons is a condominium complex with a fun and unique history. Formerly a hotel and now converted to condos. This studio unit feels very much like a hotel suite, except with its own private entry direct from outside (no shared indoor hallway).

Walk-In Closet

Kitchenette - stainless fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, hot plate/pot combo that grills/steams, small set of plates, bowls cups, utensils. Suitable for light, one-pot cooking only.

The unit is completely private and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces including, the pool (open Memorial - Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. We ask that guests do not use the mailbox and recommend a PO box instead. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and easy.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
