Greenwood Village has more than 300 acres of parks and 100 acres of undeveloped open space. The trail system provides 40 miles of scenic walking and biking areas. Greenwood Village also houses the Denver Technological Center, a development of large buildings outside of Denver where many technology-oriented companies are based. Commuters into the Tech Center raise Greenwood Village's daytime population from around 13,000 to more than 70,000 people.

The unit is completely private and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces including, the pool (open Memorial - Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. We ask that guests do not use the mailbox and recommend a PO box instead. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and easy.

There is a microwave, fridge, hotplate/pot combo that grills/simmers/steams, no kitchen sink, cooktop, or oven. The unit is not equipped for cooking.

Starter supplies and toiletries are provided; the guest is responsible thereafter.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
