With VRC, you can book with confidence knowing your vacation is in expert hands.

Cancellation Policy: When booking direct with Vacation Rental Collective, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  Enjoyable stay for a family spring break ski trip. Rental was roomy, well-appointed and comfortable for a stay with teenagers and parents. Everyone had individual space as well as comfortable family space. Great areas for hanging ski gear. Easy drive to the mountain. Also enjoyed an easy day trip to Creede. Loved watching the deer outside in the evenings.

  We had a fabulous stay at this unit in the Rio Grande Club. The condo was very clean and well-equipped, the location off the 9th hole was beautiful and convenient, the space was as advertised and beautifully decorated, and the booking group was very helpful. We played a couple of rounds of golf at the fabulous golf course and fished the private waters. Slow fishing due to the time of year but tons of fun and easy access nevertheless. We would definitely recommend to others and we'll back ourselves in the future.
