Our 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with 575 square feet is in the highly sought-after Boston Commons Complex on the second floor. It is right in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area! The complex has a shared outdoor pool, fitness center, grill, and plenty of outdoor spaces!

From the fully equipped kitchen to the stunning counter space in the condo, preparing meals will be a breeze during your stay. The separate dining area is perfect for enjoying meals or working remotely. Enjoy the views from the balcony of the unit or cozy up in front of the fireplace in the living room as you enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. The clothes washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. The complex has beautiful grounds with a large pool, mature landscaping, outdoor seating, grill areas, and a clubhouse. Since this condo is located in the heart of DTC, it is walkable to the light rail, other public transportation, parks, and trails. There is easy access to shopping and dining along Arapahoe Road, throughout DTC; it's a very short drive to Centennial Airport.

Guest Access: The unit is completely private, and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces, including the pool (open Memorial-Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.

Parking: Commercial/advertising vehicles are strictly prohibited from parking on site.

For longer stays, mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Greenwood Village has more than 300 acres of parks and 100 acres of undeveloped open space. The trail system provides 40 miles of scenic walking and biking areas. Greenwood Village also houses the Denver Technological Center, a development of large buildings outside Denver, where many technology-oriented companies are based. Commuters into the Tech Center raise Greenwood Village's daytime population from around 13,000 to more than 70,000 people.
