Our studio condo is located in the highly sought-after Boston Commons Complex. It is right in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) area! The complex has a shared outdoor pool, fitness center, grill, and plenty of outdoor spaces! Being within walking distance of shops and restaurants, you'll love being so centrally located to the lively activity of the city. Boston Commons is a condominium complex with a fun and unique history. Formerly a hotel, it has now been converted into condos. This studio unit feels very much like a hotel suite, except with its own private entry direct from outside (no shared indoor hallway). The complex has beautiful grounds with a large pool, mature landscaping, outdoor seating, grill areas, and a clubhouse.

Find a dedicated desk in the unit that is the perfect workspace for remote workers or students. While the studio is not equipped with a cooktop and oven, there is a hotplate, which is perfect for light cooking.

Located just off I-25 and Arapahoe, this condo is within walking distance to parks, light rail, and a range of shops and restaurants. Enjoy the best of Denver Tech Center living, with easy access to outdoor recreation, cultural attractions, and all the amenities you need to live, work, and play.

Guest Access: The unit is completely private, and guests have access to the entire unit. Guests also have access to all shared spaces, including the pool (open Memorial-Labor Day), fitness center, and clubhouse. Guests do not have access to the mailbox. A PO box is recommended. Amazon package/grocery delivery is permitted and comes to the door.

No pets are allowed at this property.

Plenty of parking is available in the complex. None of the following types of vehicles are allowed: (1) commercial vans or other commercial vehicles of any kind, (2) any vehicles larger than one ton, and
(3) boats, off-road motorcycles, campers, camper shells, trailers of any kind, motor homes, or other similar recreational vehicles of any type.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Greenwood Village has more than 300 acres of parks and 100 acres of undeveloped open space. The trail system provides 40 miles of scenic walking and biking areas. Greenwood Village also houses the Denver Technological Center, a development of large buildings outside of Denver, where many technology-oriented companies are based. Commuters into the Tech Center raise Greenwood Village's daytime population from around 13,000 to more than 70,000 people.
