• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.

  This home is in a fantastic location—right in the Baker District and just minutes from downtown Denver. It’s an easy walk to Broadway, where you'll find great restaurants, coffee shops, and donut spots. The house is ideal for multiple families and pet-friendly, with a spacious front and backyard.
