Our Rio Grande Club townhome offers discounted golf privileges at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course in South Fork, CO. Our three-bedroom, three-bathroom townhome is a wonderful and picturesque getaway for nature enthusiasts and outdoor adventurers.

The proximity to the Rio Grande Club Golf Course, overlooking the 9th green, provides golf enthusiasts a fantastic opportunity to enjoy their favorite sport in a beautiful setting. Guests can immerse themselves in the natural beauty of Colorado from the balcony, which offers 360-degree views of the San Juan Mountains.

Our kitchen, with its granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, is undoubtedly a highlight for those who enjoy cooking or entertaining. This modern kitchen setup would make meal preparation and dining experiences convenient and enjoyable. Snuggle up by the electric fireplace on those cooler mornings and evenings. It is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a busy day exploring South Fork and the surrounding areas. Enjoy the jacuzzi tub after a long day on the golf course.

Our townhome's central location provides easy access to various outdoor activities. Whether golfing, skiing, mountain biking, fly-fishing the gold-medal waters of the Rio Grande River, or even rafting, guests have an array of options, making our home the perfect base camp for adventure seekers. Located at the base of Wolf Creek Pass, this townhome provides ideal access to Wolf Creek Ski Area in the winter months.

Properties managed by Vacation Rental Collective located in this complex have exclusive access to discounted golf privileges at the Rio Grande Golf Club. VRC guests enjoy a 25% discount on green fees at the Rio Grande Club during their stay. Contact us with additional questions about golfing at the prestigious Rio Grande Golf Course.

Additionally, for an optional $25/day resort fee, guests can access the Rio Grande Club's resort amenities, including an outdoor pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), a 12-person hot tub, a workout facility, and tennis and pickleball courts. The $25/day resort fee is required to use the above facilities and gold medal fly fishing waters. When booking, advise how many days you would like the $25/day resort fee added to your reservation. Guests also have the flexibility to add this access anytime during their stay.

Book 7+ nights, and a 10% discount is automatically applied (does not apply during Christmas/New Year's and the 4th of July holidays).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
