Ideal for small families or two couples, this haven offers a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle. Located in Bel Air, Wheat Ridge's hidden gem, you'll unwind in serene surroundings, enjoying comfortable living spaces and scenic views. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious glass shower, while dual living areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The heart of the home is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and breakfast bar seating, perfect for culinary delights. Unwind on the welcoming front porch, back sunroom, or spacious back deck featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas, and enjoy outdoor activities like grilling and cornhole in the lush yard.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

    The property has a great layout, open concept. Clean and quiet! Enjoyed hosting my family in the dining room and back patio. Lots of seating!
    Beds were very comfortable. The back deck needs stained, new cushions on the seating. Hall bath wall needs finished around the mirror. Otherwise a very nice property!

    Perfectly situated in the Wheat Ridge area of Denver, the property was close to everything—downtown attractions, great restaurants, and easy highway access for day trips to the mountains. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a frequent traveler to the Mile High City, this location truly offers the best of both convenience and charm.

    Property & Amenities:
    The rental itself was immaculate—modern design, super comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities you’d expect from Marriott. The bed was incredibly cozy, the bathroom was spotless and well-stocked, and the kitchen had everything I needed for short and long stays. High-speed WiFi, a great workspace, and a quiet atmosphere made it perfect for both relaxation and remote work.

    Overall Experience:

    This was the perfect spot for my family while in town for a concert at Red Rocks. It was clean and spacious and contrary to other reviews- there is indeed central AC! The kitchen had everything we needed, the home was well stocked with supplies and games, and check in and out was a breeze. We’ll definitely stay here again!

    The house was perfect and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood only ~20 minutes from the heart of downtown Denver. The backyard is large and has a family of bunnies that like to play around in the morning. Bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked. Would absolutely stay again!
