Escape to serenity in this tranquil retreat, perfectly blending comfort, relaxation, and outdoor adventure. Ideal for small families or two couples, this haven offers a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle. Located in Bel Air, Wheat Ridge's hidden gem, you'll unwind in serene surroundings, enjoying comfortable living spaces and scenic views. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious glass shower, while dual living areas provide ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The heart of the home is the well-appointed kitchen, complete with a kitchen island and breakfast bar seating, perfect for culinary delights. Unwind on the welcoming front porch, back sunroom, or spacious back deck featuring outdoor dining and lounging areas, and enjoy outdoor activities like grilling and cornhole in the lush yard.

Work from our dedicated office space, equipped with a comfortable desk, printer, monitor, and ergonomic chair. This quiet retreat keeps you connected and productive, perfect for remote workers and business travelers.

For warm days, stay comfortable with the help of a whole house fan, keeping the space cool and refreshing. Though the home does not have a washer/dryer, local laundromats are nearby. The garage is not available for guest use.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

    The house was perfect and clean. Located in a quiet neighborhood only ~20 minutes from the heart of downtown Denver. The backyard is large and has a family of bunnies that like to play around in the morning. Bathrooms and kitchen fully stocked. Would absolutely stay again!
