Located in the coveted East side neighborhood of Acequia Madre, this full house has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and one-half bath. The property is gated, giving you unique privacy. Experience the true pueblo architecture, with antique doors, wooden beams, viga and latilla ceilings, kiva fireplaces, and earthen plaster walls. In the back garden area, you can soak your cares away in a hot tub for those crisp Santa Fe evenings (or early mornings)!

In the interior, you’ll be surrounded by an eclectic mix of our art collection from all over the world. Marble busts, Persian carpets, ormolu mirrors, African masks, Egyptian sculptures, and Portuguese leather screens from the 16th, 17th, and 18th Centuries fill the home. Unique pieces from world-class Indigenous artists complement the décor. Fixtures include a Viking Range and wine fridge, SubZero refrigerator, Waterworks bath fixtures, a soaking tub in the master bedroom, and three fireplaces. The second living space is a stunning media room with a 60" OLED TV and Sonos surround sound system. There is a full HVAC system providing central heating, as well as radiant heat flooring. You will be located in the center of Santa Fe’s art scene and events while also being able to escape into nature. The Santa Fe River is right across the street, with beautiful, tree-lined walks to the east and west. In less than a block, you are in the wilds of hiking trails. Monsignor Patrick Smith Park--a lush expanse of grass for picnics or letting your dogs play--is right across the street. Our home is within walking distance of Canyon Road and a 20-minute walk or 7-minute bike ride to The Plaza. You'll be close to everything Santa Fe has to offer!

There is parking for 2-3 cars, including a connected garage.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Book at least a week for a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years) to your stay. Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    This was the perfect home for our Christmas in Santa Fe! I came ahead of the rest of our family, prepared to purchase decorations in order to make the home look like Christmas, BUT I didn't have to do a thing! The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays! The kitchen was amazing and had every appliance, pot, serving dish, and utensil needed. The refrigerator was large enough to accommodate all the trays of food I had ordered from Santa Fe School of Cooking for our holiday meals. The open floor concept allowed for family engagement even while prepping and cooking meals. The location was quiet (gated with 3 homes inside the gate) but so convenient to everything -- park/dog park right across the street and super easy walk to Canyon Road and The Teahouse. The management company was very informative and gave great directions for arrival at the home. I arrived after dark and in the rain but was quickly able to access the gate/garage remote and house key as per their emailed instructions. (Very nice to have a garage, especially since it snowed while we were there.) We did not have any problems during our stay, but the management company continued to check in via text or email. I also have to mention the beautiful art throughout the home. I really enjoyed the diverse collection of sculpture, paintings, pottery, masks, etc. This home truly reflects the unique spirit of a city renowned for its art and artists. In closing, I want to thank the homeowner for allowing dog parents to bring their beloved 4-legged family members with them to his home. We had a great stay! Thank you so much!
