Fiddlesticks is nestled in a lovely woodland setting, directly on the Deschutes River. The River Trail, out the back door, offers a three mile loop and joins with the paved bike trail leading to The Old Mill & Downtown.

*Note that this is a downstairs apartment, and you may hear footsteps and TV overhead. If you are noise sensitive you should consider other options. TV does not include movie channels.

Bedding:

One queen bed

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We really enjoyed our stay in Bend. This property is in a prime location; a short walk to the river, upscale shopping, and dining. As an unexpected bonus, the property offers a pickle ball court.

  VERY nice place to stay. The pictures in the listing were accurate, but pale in comparison to what we saw when we got there. 100yds from the Deschutes River. About 1 mile to the south end of the Old Mill District shops. The big surprise was the on-property pickleball court! We used it almost every day. The one blemish on this nearly *perfect* report card is the relatively small bathroom. My wife and I are over 6ft tall and the shower and vanity were a bit small for us. Other than that, I can't emphasize enough how great it was to stay here.
