Our charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is the perfect base for exploring the area, with nearby bike trails leading you to spectacular destinations such as Red Rocks Canyon, downtown Colorado Springs, and the world-famous Garden of the Gods.

A warm ambiance and inviting atmosphere will welcome you into our home. From the gas firepit, grill, and tasteful decor, you will have everything here for your stay away from home. Our delightful cottage home is packed with cozy comforts and outdoor amenities to make your stay truly memorable. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or hosting a festive barbecue, the dining area provides a welcoming space to enjoy culinary creations. Imagine sipping a glass of wine while the crackling firepit sets the mood for unforgettable conversations on the back patio with ambiance lighting overhead.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Outdoor recreational opportunities are abundant in this area, with Garden of the Gods right up the road and Pikes Peak Region nearby. Manitou Springs, Red Rocks Open Space, the Stratton Open Space, Cheyenne Cañon, the Broadmoor, & the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo are all less than a ten-minute drive from our home. Our home is close to many trailers for a biker's paradise!

  We needed a pet friendly rental The cottage was adorable. Location was walkable distance to restaurants and shopping. The fenced in yard was convenient. The mountain bike cleaning station is a plus for sure. The cottage was just perfect for my Husband and I and our dog. The decor is inviting and fun. The gas fireplace is a great addition to the outside deck. We will be booking another stay in December. The only suggestion is the floral air fresheners were overpowering, might want to find another type of freshener.

  I stayed here for a work trip, great Central location and near restaurants, downtown Ave Manitou Springs. I had a minor issue and reached out to the management company and they took immediate action and resolved it with a couple hours to my satisfaction and followed up. Nice private back patio and quite area in the evening and night.
