Our charming 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families looking to enjoy Colorado. Being close to several different attractions like the Red Rocks Amphitheatre, the city of Denver, and more, our home is a central location for any Colorado adventure.

As you step into our home, the warm and inviting living room with a cozy sofa, modern décor, and a dining area will greet you. We've fully equipped the kitchen with all the modern amenities necessary to whip up delicious meals during your stay, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Watch the kids play in the fenced backyard as you prepare dinner or wash the dishes after a delicious breakfast.

The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the spacious partially fenced yard, which provides the perfect spot for families to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Play a game of catch or soak up the Colorado sunshine in this private oasis.

Main Bedroom - King Bed with TV (Basement)
2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (1st Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Bunk Bed (Single over Double) (1st Floor)

Located in Lakewood, this home is ideally situated for exploring the best of Colorado. Take a short drive to Red Rocks Amphitheatre for a concert or hike, or head to the nearby Rocky Mountains for skiing, snowboarding, or hiking. With so much to see and do in the area, this vacation rental is the perfect home base for your Colorado adventures.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and starter cleaning supplies.

Pets are not allowed.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care. Additionally, there is a camera on the back patio, facing the yard.

  We had no problems. It was easy to get to the football and baseball games.very nice back yard to enjoy. The area around the rental was very quiet and clean. Very close to grocery stores.

  Hosts are very welcoming, there was even a bag of ice in the freezer for us. Ample dishes, glasses and flatware. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked great (particularly in the basement). The best part was the convenience to everything nearby; a quiet neighborhood great for walks, but readily close to Greek festival, RedRocks Amphitheater, Dinosaur Ridge, hiking, etc.

  We had to be in Denver for unexpected longer-term stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating: extended our stay, allowed us an earlier check-in and later check-out, and also sent out a handyman and plumber in a timely manner after we reported a leak. The accommodations were comfortable and as reflected in the photos. The place was also very conveniently located between two grocery stores and near other places that made a longer day feel much less daunting. I have just two recommendations: 1) a tv upstairs and 2) an additional garbage can for collections. Thank you for the lovely stay.
