Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  this was our second year in the house. It is terrific. Right on the path for the Eagle River. Greatly enjoyed sitting on the deck reading a book, listening to the river. House is very well appointed, particularly in the kitchen. Plenty of pots, serving dishes, etc.

  The townhouse was terrific. The kitchen was well equipped (good sharp knives and plenty of serving pieces and dishes). We had 9 for dinner most nights and the dining table accommodated us well. The master suite has great space and facilities. Location made it easy to take walks to Avon, and i loved sitting on the deck listening to the river burble by. be aware the town house needs some babyproofing work if you are bringing a toddler.
