Our two-story, 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom home is a spacious, 1,980-square-foot property that offers a fun-filled getaway only a few minutes to downtown Denver, one block from Lakewood Park, and less than 15 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Our stunning vacation rental offers all the comforts and amenities you need for a memorable stay!

As you walk up the front steps, the covered patio will greet you with outdoor seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail as you sit under twinkling string lights, taking in the Colorado scenery. When inside our home, the exposed brick walls, gourmet kitchen, modern decor, and spacious interior will bring you all the comforts you need while away from your own home. Cozy movie nights are easy here since the house has smart TVs, Roku, and a sound system, allowing you to enjoy all your favorite streaming platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more.

Whether you're in town for a family vacation or a business trip, this vacation rental has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.

Our home is situated in a cozy neighborhood that is within walking distance to frisbee golf, tennis, and more at Lakewood Park. You'll be close to downtown Denver, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and the mountains when you stay with us.

Off-street parking is available for up to six vehicles.

This home is not pet-friendly.

Please note the owners live right behind this home. There is a locked door at the back of the house that is attached to a laundry room that connects to the owner's house.

Guests will have access to the large front porch and front yard. The backyard is not accessible to guests.

  The house was super clean and furnished nicely. It worked well for our group of 5 adults. Quiet, safe neighborhood close to hiking, restaurants and stores - very convenient. Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are in a finished attic. They are nice rooms but just be aware the ceiling and doorway heights are not standard height - people 6 feet or over will hit their heads (we had several very tall people in our group).
