We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

No pets are allowed at this property.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

  Short stay and spent most of our time in old town Arvada area. This location allowed us to walk instead of drive for most outings. Nice place with modern decor, comfortable and well stocked. Window coverings do not offer much darkness in bedrooms (might need to plan ahead for that) but upstairs beds were very comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

  Our stay at this condo in Arvada was fantastic! Everything was clean and inviting. The roomy kitchen is stocked well with an assortment of spices and basic cooking needs. The host was available to answer any questions in a timely manner. We loved how close our vacation home was to many choices of restaurants and craft brew places. The neighborhood appears to be maintained well and looks inviting. We felt safe walking to Olde Town and around the neighborhood. I highly recommend this rental to anyone traveling to the Denver area!
