Our 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom executive rental is the perfect spot near downtown Denver for your long-term stay. You'll love the updated apartment with a secure entry and a fully stocked kitchen. The dedicated workspace with a desk and chair will allow you to work comfortably during your stay. Also, you can bring your pet along with you!

When you are not enjoying the apartment, you can easily access nearby restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and downtown Denver. You'll be one block from famous restaurants, including Illegal Pete's and Pete's Kitchen. Grocery stores are easy to access because they are within a 5-minute drive from the apartment. Stores nearby are Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, Safeway, and Natural Grocers. Chessman Park is only a short walk from the apartment, and downtown Denver is only a quick drive or Uber ride away.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
