This modern townhouse is located in the trendy Jefferson Park neighborhood only blocks away from Mile High Stadium and a short Uber ride to Downtown. Though quiet during the week, this area comes alive during concerts and Broncos games.

Our 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom townhouse is the perfect location and style of home for your next visit to Denver! The updated interior welcomes you with an open-concept floor plan that joins the kitchen, dining room, and living room when you enter the main living space. The spaces in this townhouse are amazing especially when it comes to the rooftop lounge space that includes a firepit and views of the Denver city skyline. Watch the lights of the city twinkle in the evening hours as you sip on cocktails and socialize.

Please note that this row home has multiple levels and stairs, making it less suitable for those with mobility concerns or difficulties with stairs. We want to ensure a comfortable living situation for all guests.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

    The place was great and has everything you need for your stay along with modern amenities. The location is great and 5 minutes from all stadiums, arena, restaurants, and downtown. Also 30 minutes to an hour from any outdoor activities. The owners were great communicators throughout the whole rental process. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in Denver.

    The unit was quiet and well-stocked. The location worked out well. One thing I need to stress is that you will be climbing a lot of stairs. If you're not physically great at stairs, I wouldn't consider the unit. We had no problem with stairs, but others especially elderly would.

    I really loved this rental. The kitchen looked completely brand new. Even the appliances. Loved the space and the private rooftop with Firepit had great views. 4 levels of stairs so you need to be ready for the workout but I enjoyed it.

    My family arrived at this beautiful house. We felt very comfortable, and everything that we needed was at our fingertips including Briar Common Brewery right up the block, you can't beat that. Short distances to lots of attractions to entertain kiddos, and great restaurants.

    There were a couple of things, that did not detract from our enjoyment, but should be noted.
    1. The address was incorrect in the emails, it showed as 332 N Clay vs 2332 N Clay on VRBO, thankfully there is no 332 N Clay St so we found it.
    2. There is no code for the front door, as opposed to what the email says so if you lock the garage door, and go out the front, you're locked out.

    That's it! Awesome house to stay at!
