Beautiful Oasis - Dog Friendly House!

This stunning 3-bedroom home has a huge yard for your pups to run free with a gas fire pit you can cozy up to on a summer evening. Amazing location within walking distance of downtown Lafayette, where you will find tons of new restaurants, shops, bars, art nights, and summer attractions and events. Lower Level - Fully equipped laundry room w/ brand new washer and dryer, TV den, plus a small office that looks out to the back yard. Includes garage and driveway parking.

This split-level home has stairs to get to the main living area from the front door.
Enjoy the decorative fireplace. It is not operational.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This home is pet-friendly, dogs only! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs; the pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

  Our stay was great. Everything was clean and it was nice to have a variety of dry goods on hand in the kitchen. Plenty of towels and space (inside and out) for two little grandkids to run around. Was also nice to have a small lake and walking path just a few blocks away. All-in-all a great place to stay.

  We truly enjoyed our stay at 1025 Sparta on a recent visit to see our kids. The unit is very comfortable with many updates.
  It provided us the opportunity to make a few meals and was also well located for access to great area restaurants.
  Waneka Park across the street was a nice place to stretch out legs in the morning after coffee.
