Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  This home is lovely. It was clean and warm. The kitchen was well equipped. And there was wood for the fireplace. Having a garage to pull the car into worked well because it snowed every day we were there. The bus stop is right by the house for ease of getting to the slopes. And the home had plenty of room for us to spread out and not be on top of each other. We had a great week.

  We spent four days in Vail and throughly enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and we found everything needed to cook a great meal. The house is clean and in good condition. We easily fit our truck and SUV in the garage. Every bathroom had all amenities and great towels. The beds were comfortable and they even had great pillows (not the air fluffed hotel kind). We used the bus system for most travel to hiking trails and access to Vail village.
  The only thing we missed was being able use the grill as it was down in garage. Highly recommend this beautiful home for your Vail experience.

  We've rented this home twice now, once for skiing with family and then again for fall foliage with couples. Both times the home was perfect! The home is super clean and fresh smelling with beautiful furniture throughout. We spent a lot of time making meals at home and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. In fall we spent a lot of time relaxing outside on the patio, in winter we made snowmen there! The beds were all very comfortable and we loved lounging in the living room after skiing or hiking, enjoying the fireplace and spectacular views. Both visits we took advantage of the Vail free bus across the street from the home. There's an amazing park and hiking trails within walking's distance. If you go outside on a clear night, the sky is so dark you'll see a million stars! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home and management company. We've already booked this home for another ski trip in February!

  This home was perfect for our two families, including 4 grown children. There was so much space to spread out & it was very comfortable & homey!! It’s obvious that there is alot of pride of ownership for this little oasis in Vail! The bus service to the slopes was extremely convenient & the surrounding neighborhood was gorgeous. But the most wonderful aspect of this piece of paradise was the million dollar view!!! We really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee while enjoying the expansive & gorgeous vistas!! We look forward to coming back again!!!!

  My family and I booked a ski trip at vail ski resort during my daughters ski week in Southern California. We traveled with 4 adults and 2 children.
  The 4 bed room house was extremely spacious for our large family. The large panoramic views from the kitchen and living room was stunning! We were fortunate to have a lot of the snow during the weekend we were there(end of Feb). There was ample space for dining. There is a small bar table and a large wooden table to accommodate 8+ people. The white crisp linens on the beds were so comfortable and much needed, after a long day skiing at Vail mountain.
  The family room was definitely my favorite spot. You can enjoy the views from the large windows, the most comfortable recliner couch to watch TV, and more than enough room for the kids to play around the fire place. I would recommend this house to anyone traveling with large group or a small family. It exceeds everyone’s expectations. We had a wonderful weekend and definitely would repeat this vacation.
