Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The location was great, We could walk to everything in town and also the river trail. Easy access to surrounding areas by car. Had a 2 car garage & a spot out front.   If I could give 6 Stars ⭐️ I would!! THIS place is unbelievably beautiful, bright, new, clean and fully stocked with dishes, pans, bbq, amenities, great beds and bedding for a wonderful stay! The mountain views are amazing and the trail is right out the door to hike, bike, run along water’s edge. It is close to the sweet little Colorado downtown. Walking distance to the grocery store and local coffee shop! Look no further! This is such a find!

  This brand new townhouse in Ridgeway was perfect! The views were amazing and the location was close to restaurants. There is a walking trail steps away that goes all the way to Ridgeway reservoir.   This place is exactly what they say it is! Brand new townhouse in a quiet setting in Ridgeway. Gorgeous views from back deck. Beautiful sunrises if you're an early morning person! Super clean, cozy and comfortable. Customer service was spot on. Communication was accurate and just enough. The mountains around Ridgway stole the show! We hiked as many mountains as we could in the 4 days we were there. Steams, waterfalls, canyons, and of course snowy mountain tops! It is truly beautiful! Just 10 miles from Ouray, you'll have the best of both worlds, peace and quiet in Ridgway and high energy tourism in Ouray. I recommend a trip to Ridgeway and if there is availability at this condo, book it!
