The newly renovated 2bed/2bath home showcases an industrial-chic interior design that creates a fun, modern feel yet is still comfortable, welcoming, and just the right amount of rustic.

Whether you are hosting a couples trip, a family getaway, or a casual weekend gathering, this home delivers on the most important factors: comfort, amenities, and entertainment. The spacious open layout brings guests together in the cozy living spaces with plush furniture, leather chairs, and a brand-new kitchen that looks out to the living areas.

Appointed by a stunning stone fireplace and ultra-cozy leather couch, the main living room creates a luxurious and intimate ambiance all year round. The rest of the home's sleeping quarters consist of a queen bed in the second bedroom and a massive sofa or air mattress is available as well creating enough space to sleep six guests comfortably.

The home's location offers guests the privacy and safety of living in a local community one mile from Old Mill's restaurants, breweries, boutiques, and music venues and only 8-10 minutes from downtown Bend.   Everything about this house is exactly appears on the listing. The house was clean and extremely well furnished with everything we needed.   We really enjoyed this rental that is between Bend downtown and heading south to all the activities in the area towards Sunriver and Mt Bachelor. It is comfortable and well stocked. Loved the hot tub for relaxing at the end or beginning of the day. VRC is responsive and amazing! Jess was available to us and made for a great local contact. We will definitely consider VRC for our future lodging needs!

  Ultra clean home! From home to hot tub. I’ve honestly never used a hot tub at a rental house because they’re typically sketchy. This hot tub was pristine. Communication with the property manager/owner was a breeze. Another bonus, all you have to do is take the trash out when you leave. Of course we went a little extra to show our gratitude and cleaned up a bit. Excellent location, you’re literally 5-10 minutes from everything in Bend.
