This cozy Mother-in-Law suite is the perfect place to relax after venturing around Denver all day. With a private entrance, you can come and go as you please. When you're ready to bunker down, you can stream your favorite shows on the smart TV and enjoy a good night's sleep in the queen-sized bed. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker.

Located just a few minutes from City Park, Denver Zoo, and the Museum of Nature and Science. Conveniently just a few blocks away from Kearney Street Shops with Cake Crumbs Bakery and Cafe (they also make cakes to order), Neighbors Wine Bar, Lucina restaurant, Grape Expectations Wine & Spirits, Bistro Vendome French Restaurant (coming early 2023). Additionally, within walking distance of Honey Hill Bakery and Cafe, Spinelli's Italian Market, and the Cherry Tomato Italian restaurant. The neighborhood has several walkable parks and green spaces. Next to Honey Hill is a wonderful, small playground (William H. Ferguson Park) that is great for small children and very popular within the neighborhood. A bit further to the east is Oneida Park with numerous restaurants and shops. A neighborhood favorite is Longtable Brewhouse on Fairfax Street, which is complemented by other popular Denver eateries and shops. There are bicycle lanes on 17th, 23rd, & 26th Ave.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
