Quick access to I-25 and walking distance to tons of great restaurants like the Feedery at Grow & Gather, a trendy farm to table eatery (just a block away). Also, just a 4-minute walk to Craig Hospital making this the perfect location for a traveling nurse.

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Please note, this home does not have central AC. There are 2 portable ac units and fans to help keep the place nice and cool during the summer months.
