350 sq foot 1-bedroom/1 bath in a separate guest house. No one is above or below you! The guest space is accessed by a private, separate entrance. Large windows, walk-in shower, Queen Size bed.

**PLEASE NOTE: This unit does NOT have a full stove or oven*

Due to allergies, this house only allows dogs (no more than 2). Guests are required to keep their dogs on a lease when outside of the house

Street parking is readily available in front of our house. And if you want to park your car and forget about it, walking is our favorite way to get around our neighborhood.

    The place was clean and in a great location. Close to a number of great restaurants. Close drive to the Ball Arena and Red Rocks. I will stay here again the next time I come to Denver area.
