Step outside to a large fenced backyard where you can relax around the gas fire pit or let the kids and dogs play freely. Located just 15 minutes from Barr Lake State Park and under 20 miles from downtown Denver, you’ll enjoy the perfect balance of quiet comfort and easy access to city adventures.

• Pet friendly: up to 2 dogs ($40/day, $250 max per stay); additional dogs considered case-by-case. $300 penalty for unreported pets
• Theater room can be chilly in winter; space heaters provided
• Mid-stay inspection required for stays over 30 days ($25/inspection); optional mid-stay cleaning available at guest expense
• Routine property maintenance may occur during stay (trash, yard care, etc.)
• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

Brighton, Colorado, is a charming city with a rich history, outdoor recreation opportunities, and a growing arts scene. Just a short drive from our home, you'll find the beautiful Barr Lake State Park (10-minute drive), featuring boating, fishing, hiking, and birdwatching. The Brighton History Museum (5-minute drive) is also nearby, offering a glimpse into the city's past. For some entertainment, head to the Armory Performing Arts Center (5-minute drive), a historic armory-turned-performing arts center hosting various shows and events.

For shopping and dining, Brighton Pavilions Shopping Center (8-minute drive) is an outdoor shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants. During the summer, the Brighton Oasis Family Aquatic Park (10-minute drive) is a fun spot for families to cool off. The Adams County Fairgrounds (12-minute drive) host the annual Adams County Fair, as well as other events and festivals throughout the year. The Eagle View Adult Center (8-minute drive) offers various activities, classes, and events for adults.

  We had a great 4-night stay. We had 2 dogs and a baby traveling with 9 adults. There was always plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was great for enjoying sunny afternoons and fenced in for letting our dogs play. There is a flat walking path with beautiful views just down the road if hiking a mountain is not your speed. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Mile High Stadium for tailgating ahead of the Broncos game. We had a great stay!
