Enjoy the Moab outdoors in our spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome (Unit 6a4). Conveniently located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab, this getaway offers ideal all-season access to all of the area activities.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals.

There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to gather and for the kids to play!

The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc. Ride your ATV from the home! Cyclist and Street Legal ORV’s can access many of Moab’s most popular trails via Spanish Valley Drive just behind the complex. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!
