The spacious kitchen is perfect for cooking your family's favorite meal. If cooking is not your thing, you are less than a 15-minute walk to several restaurants and Resolute Brewing.

The spacious backyard is perfect for family playtime and for your dogs to roam! Enjoy the cool Colorado evenings next to the outdoor fireplace. If you choose to stay in or need to get some work done, there is fiber high-speed internet!

Guests can park in the one-car garage and driveway. There is also unlimited street parking.

Please note that there are security cameras on the outside of the home. They are there for the protection of both guests and the home and are only viewed in cases of emergencies.

This house is conveniently located near Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre for live music, REI, Ikea, and Park Meadows Mall for shopping, and the Arapahoe at Village Center Station for a hassle-free ride to downtown Denver.

    My family stayed at this property to be close to the venue for my son's wedding & couldn't have been more pleased with the entire stay! The property was very nice & conveniently located.
