This spacious 5-bedroom, 3 bath home has it all! Walking distance to downtown Littleton and tons of great restaurants and bars, a hot tub, foosball, and a secret hideout for the little ones (stairs to hideout located at the top of the bunk bed, use at own risk). There is a fully equipped kitchen plus a kitchenette in the basement, an outdoor fireplace and a gas grill. This home truly has everything you need for a fun family getaway.

Please note, this property does not have central Ac. There is a swamp cooler that helps keep the place cool.

  Our stay was great. The house is super cute, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. My son is in a wheelchair and we found this place to be mostly accessible without being designed that way. There is a couple bedrooms on the first floor with 2 bathrooms. The doorways are small, but we made it work. Super cute place, we will use it again.

  We had a great time in this spacious rental. There were 7 of us.....5 adults and 2 teenagers. The teenagers were a little old for the bunk bed room but it would be very cute if you had little kids. Location was perfect. Short walk to Littleton and an even shorter walk to a recreation building which my kids used everyday for swimming and working out. They also went skiing in Breckenridge which wasn't a far drive. Plenty of bathrooms, showers and privacy I would defiantly stay here again. Very quick response time with any questions I had.
