This newly updated mountain modern retreat boasts pristine views of the San Juan Gateway and Amphitheater, featuring three-bedrooms and two and a half baths. The bright and airy upper level features an open concept living area, with a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and a well-stocked kitchen that is ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal! You'll love spending your mornings or evenings on one of the homes beautiful deck spaces, sipping your favorite beverage or watching the local wildlife while cozying up to the outdoor gas firepit!

Primary Bedroom - King Bed - Upper Level

The stunning primary bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a luxurious king bed and gorgeous corner patio doors leading to the large deck area, with more of those amazing views!

On the first floor the second and third guest bedrooms, both feature cozy king beds and a convenient jack and jill bathroom, with a beautiful stone shower. The second bedroom features a gas fireplace and two sliding glass doors that access the back yard.

You will also find a cozy sitting area on the first floor to enjoy a movie, great book or gather with friends and family for great conversation. For your convenience the home also has a washer and dryer.

This home is dog-friendly with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. The pet fee is $40 per day and a maximum of $250, per stay.

Nestled at 7,800 feet, Ouray, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed house. The deck with its beautiful views and has fire pit were wonderful. The heated floors were amazing...we had to turn them off and open the doors to cool things off a bit! The location is so convenient to town. Love the ambience of being in a treehouse. Love the birds, bird feeder, AND provided bird seed! This place had so many nice touches...even a myriad of spices from none other than our fav HEB.

  This house was so new, that the drapes we're not yet installed in the bedroom, the pans hadn't been used, all the kitchen utensils were still bright and shiny etc. We loved it! It's a very comfortable home, in a quiet neighbourhood. It's spacious, with an incredible large deck with a view of the mountains. It is also within walking distance of shops and restaurants of Ouray. Plenty of space to park your car. We had a hard time leaving this wonderful home and would definitely come back!
