Our Victorina-style home comprises a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath main home and a bedroom, one-bath detached garage apartment. It is within walking distance of historic downtown Creede and borders the National Forest for easy access to all your outdoor adventures.

You can't beat this location for your next trip to Creede. Our home is perched just above Creede in an upscale subdivision, Creede America. Our home has plenty of room indoors and outdoors for you and your guests. Windows are abundant in this home, welcoming the natural light and providing views of the La Garita Mountains, Snowshoe Mountain, and the Cliffs above Creede. Radiant in-floor heat warms you in the winter, and AC is available for those warm summer days. The eat-in gourmet kitchen is adorned with wood throughout and fully equipped for those avid chefs. A large living area with a sectional couch is a great place to curl up and enjoy the beautiful views! The backyard is perfect for a BBQ with its gas fireplace and fenced yard.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max, and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max of $250 per stay).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
