The basement has been refinished into a complete Boston-themed sports. We are not exaggerating when we say, this basement is wicked awesome! Pool table, wet bar, huge TV, and a large poker table! I cannot imagine a cooler spot to watch your favorite game.

The entire house is appointed with high-end amenities, and you'll feel like you are staying in a 5-star hotel!

Bringing the dog? No worries, the backyard is fully fenced!

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

This house is located in Denver’s Virginia Village neighborhood and offers convenient access to various attractions. The Denver Botanic Gardens, showcasing diverse plant collections, is approximately a 15-minute drive away. Art enthusiasts can reach the Denver Art Museum in about 20 minutes to explore extensive art exhibits.     By far my favorite rental not just in Denver, but anywhere. As a Boston sports fan, this was perfect for my family!! The home had everything we needed, and I was able to cook in the house with all of the essentials available, as well as grill on the patio. The little touches, such as the Aveda products, made this an extra special home. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get to restaurants, groceries, and downtown. The downstairs bar area was ideal for watching the basketball tournament while playing pool or shuffleboard. The house was spotless, and we had excellent communication from the property management. We visit the area several times a year and will absolutely stay here again and again.

    Central location right off 1-25, which cuts North and South nearly through the center of Denver. Nicely renovated house with amazing basement for hanging out together. Great outside area. Overall a nice vocational rental that is affordable too.

    Great open living room and kitchen. 3 showers w extremely good water pressure. Great patio w fridge. Basement is unreal w reg size Olhausen shuffleboard, pool table, darts, and golden tee..fridge and sweet bar to sit at and watch the Patriots lose as well😜. Every other Vrbo I stay at will be boring in comparison.
