Take your coffee or microbrew outside and enjoy the scenic view and amazing rocky mountain air. It is a one of a kind place that immediately makes you feel relaxed.

If you are visiting Winter Park to ski this condo offers a convenient location. There is a free shuttle service steps away that takes you to Winter Park ski resort. Then after a great day skiing you can come back to this condo and walk to any bars for a little nightlife or dinner out.
In the summer you can hop on the Fraser Bike path, right out the door, or even do some fly fishing. You can also catch the free shuttle up to Winter Park Resort to enjoy the alpine slide, putting course, climbing wall, disc golf, bungee ride, downhill biking, etc.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened
stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
