Luna Azul ~10 is located in La Dolce Vita Villas situated in one of the best locations in town! Expertly styled with your comfort and convenience in mind, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay in Moab.

Relax in the living room and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV equipped with streaming (please note cable is not provided). Our internet is FAST and equipped to connect you for remote work and study. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to create family/group meals and the local grocery store is just down the road. Or enjoy a night out at Moab's brand new restaurant, Horizon View, located on-site with delivery to your unit available! Guests also receive a 10% discount.

The private hot tub located on the enclosed patio is a great way to relax after a long day of exploring!

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths (see configuration below) as well as a sleeper sofa in the living room...plenty of room for a family/group of 6.

The master bath was designed with luxury in mind and features a huge walk in shower with dual showerheads and luxury grade towels and amenities. You'll feel like you've entered a spa!

Parking is easy and plentiful for your trailers and trucks and we've got a bike wash station and a locked bike storage area as well.

Bed Configuration:
Master - King with attached luxury bathroom
2nd Bedroom - 2 XL Twins that can be converted into a King if desired
Living Room - Queen sleeper sofa

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :) Pets are NOT ALLOWED on beds and furniture and they can NOT be left unattended to roam through the unit. If you are planning to leave them while you're out for the day, proper crating is required. Please plan ahead! As a confirmed guest, and by allowing your dog on the property, you agree to be FULLY FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE for any damage caused by your pet.  Extra cleaning fees will be charged if there is excessive dog hair and/or dog waste left by guests.

We are Eco Friendly! The owner has installed solar and electric for clean, energy efficiency as well as many other eco-friendly features!

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. We do offer travel insurance.

  This villa is an amazing home. Fully equipped for plenty of people to plenty of room staying for a week or more. We stayed for three nights and had a great stay exploring all the area provides and needed a week or more really. Location you could not ask for a better spot right in town for food and entertainment. After a hard full day hiking it was great to come home, cook dinner and rest in the hot tub to relax. Then take a shower in the large walk-in two head shower ready to watch a little TV and then a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed in the master bedroom. The place is huge with 2 BR & baths, W&D to get caught up on travel laundry before moving in our travels. By far our best stay in 4 weeks of exploring Utah, Colorado & Arizona. Highly, Highly Highly recommend this stay if in the Moab area. Was great to see the Big 3 parks on day trips of Canyonlands, Capital Reef & Arches NP in this section of Utah. 5 minutes to Arches for night visits was awesome to see endless Star and Milky way.

  My family was visiting from Michigan and it was their first time in Moab. We rented this unit and the one next door for our party of 8. The units are located perfectly near all the areas of interest including Arches, Canyonlands, hiking, biking and all the downtown shops, restaurants and grocery stores! Parking was easy and accessible for our vehicles and trailers. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for family meals, beds were very comfortable (got amazing sleep!), bathrooms were spacious and stocked and wifi was fast and reliable for streaming movies and also for my partner who was working remotely while we were there. Did I mention the hot tub?! It was wonderful to soak after a long day of hiking and enjoy a glass of wine while gazing at the stars. The management company does a great job and quickly responded to one small issue we had during our stay. The cleaning company did an amazing job and the place was spotless upon arrival. I HIGHLY recommend this property and management company. We can't wait to come back to Moab!
