The Dyer House Inn is the only historic accommodation available in town and our central location means coffee shops, antiques, shopping, restaurants, and parks are an easy 2 minute walk from your front door. High-end finishes throughout ensure your complete comfort and relaxation. Our large 1/2 acre property is charming and spacious and the perfect backdrop for your stay.

The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, powder bathroom, and dining/living room with a work-space. Fast Wi-Fi and two smart TVs are available to you. The down-filled couch also converts into a sleeper for additional guests. Individually controlled heat and A/C on each level of the barn ensure your comfort regardless of season. Upstairs you will find your master suite retreat which offers a comfortable king-sized bed, full-size washer/dryer, and master bathroom that offers you a spa-like experience, including a spacious shower and claw foot soaking tub. For those traveling with children we have a pack ‘n play and high chair for your use.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened
stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    This property is charming and private. Once you go through the gate be prepared to see the cutest bunnies running around and playing the yard. One of those bunnies looked in through the large window to greet us each morning (so sweet). Another addition was a woodpecker who hid under the gutter outside the front door. At first when we heard the tap-tap-tap, we thought the place was haunted (LOL).

    The entire place is extremely clean and kept in good condition with a nice decor. The kitchen is well stocked. This is the perfect location. It is so close to downtown Castle Rock that we walked there twice a day. You will be pleasantly surprised with the diverse dining choice which offer some of the tastiest food. In addition, people everywhere are quite cordial and are not shy with offering shopping or dining suggestions.

    We enjoyed our stay and have already booked another one for next year.
