• Routine property maintenance (trash, yard, etc.) may occur during your stay

• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery

  This property is nestled in a quiet, beautifully green neighborhood. The layout was very convenient, with three levels that gave each part of our family their own space. It’s right next to Waneka Lake Park, which was absolutely amazing—great walking paths and stunning mountain views.
  
  The kitchenette was the perfect size for our needs (we mostly ate out), and the gas stove, oven, and full-sized refrigerator were especially convenient. Climate control worked perfectly throughout our stay.
  
  If we’re ever back in the area, this will most definitely be our go-to place!

  great location - convenient to Boulder, walking paths easily accessible, shopping and restaurants within 5min. Excellent info - from checkin to checkout was comprehensive. Garage access is terrific but there is onstreet parking available as well. Would totally book again.
