Enjoy the warmth and comfort of a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen perfect for culinary delights, ample living space with every amenity, and a private master suite upstairs providing tranquility. The finished basement features an additional bedroom, half bath, and full-size washer/dryer.

Relax in ultimate style on the expansive deck, soaking in the private hot tub surrounded by breathtaking vistas. As evening falls, savor the crisp mountain air while grilling under the stars, creating unforgettable moments amidst nature's splendor.

Bed Configuration:
Upstairs Main Bedroom en suite (tub not available): King Bed
Main floor 2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed
Main floor 3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed
Basement 4th Bedroom: 2 Twin Beds

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Our home uses well water; please help conserve it. The upstairs bathtub is unavailable, but other bathing options are available. Also, limit laundry to necessary loads.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

The home's ideal location allows for direct access to hiking trails right out the back door and is within walking distance to the North Fork of the South Platte River, renowned for its exceptional fishing and untapped natural beauty. The expansive yard provides ample space for relaxation and recreation, surrounded by the serene beauty of the Colorado mountains. Official trails are Brookside-McCurdy Trailhead, Deer Creek Trailhead, Rolling Creek Trailhead, Colorado Trail, Staunton State Park, Burning Bear Trail, Shelf Lake Trail, Guanella Pass, Nice Kitty Trail, and Pine Valley Ranch Park.

  We stayed at the Eagle Trail house in early October for our annual disc golf trip. We’re a group of four dads in our late 40s who get together every year to play some of the country’s best courses in and around Bailey. We also enjoy cooking and playing cards, and this house was perfect for all of it.
  
  The house was exceptional. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals comfortably without crowding each other. The living room and common areas were ideal for relaxing with a book or catching up on some work after a day out in the sun. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. The instructions were clear, and the house even had an alarm system with easy-to-follow instructions.
  
  The view from the house was stunning. It faces east, with sweeping views of the valley between Bailey and Conifer. I woke up early on our first morning to catch an amazing sunrise from the master bedroom balcony. Highly recommend.
  
  Everything in the house was well-maintained and thoughtfully stocked. All the appliances worked perfectly, and the house manual was detailed and helpful. The communication from the Vacation Rental Collective team was also impressive, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.
  
  Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to stay here again next year.

It was 8 of us one family grandkids & our kids snd they couldn’t stop thanking us gir renting this beautiful house! House was very clean and had all the extras including games, great tvs and most of all beautiful views! I think this house is at the highest point in Bailey! Large deck, 3,300 sq foot house, nice furniture, etc etc etc. we have rented many vacation rentals in different locations and this one was the very best one! We will definitely be renting this home again on our next family trip together! We were 4 adults snd 4 kids ages 13, 12, 7 & 7. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home for 3 nights! Wish we had rented it for the entire week! Just loved this home so much!!!!
