Newly Furnished Mountain Home - Private Hot Tub- Fooseball - Unbeatable Views

Enjoy a spacious but cozy mountain getaway in this beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This property backs to Pike National Forest allowing you tons of privacy as you drink in the breathtaking views from a private hot tub and huge deck! Whether cooking inside with a large fully equipped kitchen or grilling out under the stars, you'll enjoy all of the comforts of home surrounded by nature.

Hiking literally out the back door. North Fork of the South Platte River walking distance from house with amazing virtually untapped fishing and hiking. Large yard and very roomy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with ALL the amenities of home and then some. Master is upstairs away from other bedrooms. Finished basement downstairs with one bedroom and 1/2 bath with full size washer and dryer. Maximum number of guest is 8.

Bed Configuration:

Main Bedroom: King Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen Bed
3rd Bedroom: Queen Bed
4th Bedroom: 2 Single Beds

We may consider hosting dogs as part of your stay. Please inquire if interested. Pet fee is $40 per day with a 2 dog maximum per stay.

Please note this home runs completely on well water. To help conserve water the tub in the master is not available (water is shut off). There is a large shower you can use and another tub in the second bathroom.

  Thank you so much for letting us use your beautiful mountain home in Bailey, Colorado! It was 8 of us one family grandkids & our kids snd they couldn’t stop thanking us gir renting this beautiful house! House was very clean and had all the extras including games, great tvs and most of all beautiful views! I think this house is at the highest point in Bailey! Large deck, 3,300 sq foot house, nice furniture, etc etc etc. we have rented many vacation rentals in different locations and this one was the very best one! We will definitely be renting this home again on our next family trip together! We were 4 adults snd 4 kids ages 13, 12, 7 & 7. Thanks again for letting us use your beautiful home for 3 nights! Wish we had rented it for the entire week! Just loved this home so much!!!!
