This beautifully remodeled guest house in located in the trendy Baker neighborhood. With a king size bed and high end amenities, you'll be sure to enjoy your time in the house. When out on the town, you'll be in walking distance to some of Denver's best night life...including great bars and restaurants. Downtown Denver and all if it's activities is a quick 5 minute Uber ride away!

Baker is one of Denver's most active neighborhoods. Perfectly located with easy access to Denver's highway system (quick drive to the mountains) and downtown Denver.

Bed configuration: Main - King, Livingroom - Queen size pullout sofa.

Please not this property does not have central AC but it does have mini split units that keep the place cool in the summer and provides heat in the winter.
