• Street parking available. We do our best to provide a parking pass for guests, but availability cannot be guaranteed if a previous guest has taken or misplaced it.
•Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox can not be retrieved.
•Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
•Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.
•Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
•We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• This private guest suite sits above the garage and has its own separate entrance, providing guests with complete privacy. The owner lives on-site in the main home but respects guest space and privacy throughout your stay.

    The house is in excellent condition in the heart of the Bakers neighborhood (which is where our daughter lives). The house is very convenient for people with little kids - a safety gate blocking the stairs, a highchair and baby toys. This allowed us to bring our granddaughter a couple of times during the day and have great time. The hosts were very responsive.

    This was the nicest rental property in Denver in our experience. Our son moved to Baker in June and of 3 stays this was the very best. The loft is light, spacious, extremely clean, and a place you enjoy spending time. We visited Denver often since 2021 while our son was in college and after graduation. This is our favorite new spot to stay!

    Lots of natural light, kitchen stocked with appliances and utensils, and lots of thoughtful details throughout. Very comfortable for my family of 3, and we loved walked around the Baker neighborhood and down to the shops and restaurants on Broadway.
