This beautiful home is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, backing up to open space. Inside, you'll find 4 upstairs bedrooms, a main-floor office, and plenty of living space. This house is dog friendly, with a HUGE fenced backyard for your dogs to explore. It's the perfect house for those looking to move to the area or enjoy beautiful Colorado.

Enjoy the amazing Colorado sunrises from the spacious 6-person hot tub on the back patio.

Dogs will have open access to the backyard via a pet door in the basement (ramp up to a dog door on the side of the house). The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $150.

The house has a large, 3-car garage and an unfinished basement with a ping pong and pool table.

This property is a 30 minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Starter Supplies - Upon arrival, the home will have a starter set of supplies for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap, and liquid hand soap in the kitchen. These supplies are just to get you started. You'll need to grab more when they run out.

    We couldn’t have asked for a better home and location for our working visit to CO. My husband and I, our two giant dogs, and our adult nephew - all 3 of us worked from the house in 3 separate work areas throughout the house. It was perfection! And the dogs had an amazingly huge, fully-fenced backyard with easy access out the sliding door off the kitchen. The kitchen was very large and had everything you could have possibly wanted for meal preparations. We even used the ice cream maker!! Kitchen aid countertop mixer came in handy a few times, as well. Loved the large dining room too! The entertainment area downstairs was perfect for some games - ping pong, pool, and darts. And any game you could dream off on a giant shelving unit. Although we didn’t get into the games, people with smaller children would LOVE this level of ‘extras’ for the kiddos! Our dogs were way too big to use the doggy door and ramp in basement, but very cool setup indeed. Neighbors were wonderful!! We invited them to come over a couple times when we had some other work friends over for a cocktail party. Although they didn’t join us, we visited a lot and they invited us to their cul de sac party. Wish we could’ve attended but had other plans. Laundry room was great on main level and the hot tub was used most mornings or evenings. Hot tub needed service while we were there when regular maintenance showed up. He was very kind and helpful and drained and refilled the tub so it was pristine for the majority of our stay. We ended up being surrounded by coworkers in the greater subdivision area, so we used the trails throughout the subdivision to meet up for walks with some friends. So wonderful!! We might like to purchase this house if it’s ever for sale! Been looking to get back to the CO area for a few years, after living there for 10yrs ourselves. Look forward to next visit and if we bring the dogs, this will be our first choice!! Only issue was clogg
