Welcome to your Riverside Retreat! This stunningly remodeled townhome has touches of hotel luxury and mountain modern style. Our two-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home will be perfect for your Ouray getaway! Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck overlooking the Uncompahgre River and the gorgeous mountainside. You'll be steps away from the famous Ouray Hot Springs Pool and just a few minutes from shopping and restaurants in Ouray's quaint downtown.

Additionally, the trailhead to the Uncompaghre is out the door! The home also features a gorgeous spa-like bathroom, a cozy pellet stove, and a modern kitchen with everything you'll need to make a fabulous meal. Come experience the luxury for yourself!

The townhome features a large TV in the living room with TVs in each bedroom for your enjoyment. We offer Hulu programming and local news and sports channels, including music streaming. You can access your Netflix and Amazon Prime programming by logging in to your account.
Guest have access to the one-car attached garage. There is additional guest parking in the center of the complex, first come, first served.
The Uncompaghre River Trail is steps away, offering a 2-mile easy hike with workout stations; a great place to acclimate to the mountains!

The home is pet friendly (2 pet max), and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

There is parking for one car in the garage and one in the parking lot.

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we follow CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and follow best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc., are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of making the booking. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    comfortable condo, overlooking the river. next to trail along river. private garage a big plus. near the Hot Springs. Monica with the rental company was excellent - easy to reach, polite, helpful. The condo is on three floors, so not for anyone who has difficulty with stairs; otherwise highly recommended.
