The entry level features the kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a gourmet meal and a small breakfast nook, which is perfect for quick family meals. The dining room has plenty of room for your group, if you prefer a more formal dining experience. A few steps down, takes you to the family room, which offers plenty of comfy seating options. A few more steps down, into the basement is a kids paradise. It features the 4th bedroom/TV room and an air hockey table...which is sure to a kid favorite. The bedroom features a king size pull out couch.
The top level of the house has 3 bedrooms. The master (king) and 2 other bedrooms (both Queens). All of the beds are top of line, guaranteeing you a great night sleep. The master bedroom has a desk for those 'working from home'.
A major highlight of this home is the backyard, which features a large deck and table/seating for your whole group. The large trees provide plenty of shade in the warm Colorado summers...I am sure the backyard will be one of the highlights of your stay!
This house is in an established neighborhood, filled with family friends. It is imperative that no parties/large gatherings are held at the house and all quiet hours are observed.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened
stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300
payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
