Welcome to our cozy and cute condo in Historic Downtown Ouray! You'll love every detail in our beautifully decorated home that's steps away from everything you could ask for; shops, restaurants, trailheads, excursions, waterfalls, and breathtaking views! Whether your coming for a family trip or a working vacation; you'll have every amenity you could ask for! Our home features a spacious, well stocked kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops, stainless steal appliances, and conveniently located stackable washer and dryer. The living room if so comfy and well laid out for relaxing after a long day of adventuring, you'll also love the desk area if you need to get some work done, and you'll LOVE the fiber wi-fi speeds at 300/300mbps. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind! The primary bedroom features a king size bed, while the guest room boasts a comfortable queen bed, both offer luxurious linens so you can fall asleep with ease!

Living Room - 1 twin Futon pullout (for children only)

Our deck offers a propane gas grill and seating, and the back hallway provides room to store a couple of bikes or ski gear. Street parking is available on 6th Avenue. Trailers can be parked in the oversized vehicle parking lot, located at the west end of 9th Avenue

ABOUT THE AREA
Ouray, Colorado, nestled at 7,800 feet, offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitor's enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes resulting in a shortened stay made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

  The place is much more cozy and spacious than the pictures do it justice. It was literally a few steps away from everything on Main St., and we very much enjoyed the luxurious king sized bed in the main bedroom. We experienced sun, rain, and snow all in a few days and this was just the perfect place to come "home" to.

  We enjoyed our stay at this place, pretty modern and opdated apartment in a great location, close to a lot of must visit locations in Colorado!
  We had only one issue with the smoke alarm in which case the maintenance showed up right after we messaged the host and took care of it (less than an hour!). really great and responsive host.

  Overall, this was a great stay. We loved the location right in the middle of town. It's a very spacious property. I wouldn't consider the fold out ottoman/twin bed as acceptable for anyone other than a small child. We'd absolutely stay again.
