This executive 30-day minimum rental features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and is located in the heart of Denver's trendiest neighborhood, LoHi. Walk to restaurants, bars, and entertainment, or explore Downtown less than 5 minutes away.

The lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort. High-end luxury finish, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with complete entertainment and surround-sound system. Brand-new mattresses will ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with a secure, fully enclosed underground parking garage (height is 7'6") for one vehicle.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.

This property is a 30 minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.
