Pet Friendly - Remodeled Animas River Valley Townhome - AC

There is no parking for RVs, Trailers, Boats, etc at Pine Acres - Please do not book this property if you have a trailer etc.

Our 1,200 sq. foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome is located 11 miles (less then 15 minutes) north of downtown and 14 miles (15 minutes) south of Purgatory Ski area. This best-of-both worlds location offers privacy with excellent proximity to the area’s premier amenities and spectacular views of the Animas valley and the red cliffs that are so iconic to the reasons many are drawn to Durango. Dalton Ranch Golf Course and Trimble Hot Springs are 4 miles from the residence, and there are close-by restaurants, two nearby golf courses, and one of the area’s best grocery stores.

The residence backs up to National Forest Land and the historic Durango & Silverton tourist train runs adjacent to the property. There is outdoor living space both in front of the towhome and off the main living space. You can expect all of the usual amenities such as WIFI, Washer/Dryer, Gas BBQ Grill, parking and linens/towels. Mini split units were recently installed in each room recently.

Master Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Floor) and TV
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (2nd Floor) and TV
3rd Bedroom (Loft) - Queen Bed and bunk bed (Single over 2 singles) (2nd Floor)

This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

  Great condo outside of town. Quiet, clean and friendly neighbors. Condo was fully stocked and had everything we needed for the week. Loved the ice machine to fill water bottles before hikes. The week we were there it was unseasonably warm but followed directions of the management and it stayed comfortable during the day. Had a great week and will be back.

  Great location about half way between Durango and Purgatory Resort. Easy access to highway 550, but still very quiet. Plenty of room for our family of four and then some. Well stocked kitchen made meals a breeze. 10/10 would stay again.
