Our 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath luxury home is located one block off Main St. within walking distance to downtown Ouray. The home offers a well-equipped gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, high-end appliances, and comfortable living space with a gas fireplace and 60" flat-screen TV, in addition to brand new furnishings and a private fenced back yard. Our home has a beautiful outdoor living space featuring a hot tub, gas BBQ grill, and a patio.

It's the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a basecamp for all of your mountain adventures. Our home's location is unbeatable - steps away from Main Street and walking distance to the Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Perimeter Trail, Box Canyon Fall's and Ouray's Ice Park!

ABOUT THE AREA
Ouray, Colorado, nestled at 7,800 feet, offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    We loved staying at this property. It is a great location in the middle of town. It was very clean, comfortable with lots of room for our group. The kitchen was well stoked and allowed us to prepare some great meals. Our favorite part was the garage which made a great 'gear room' for our climbing gear so that we could stay organize and not have to worry about tracking anything into the home. We will defenitely stay here again.

    Loved this home and it's location. Everything in the home feels new and updated, like staying in a newly constructed and beautiful residence. The views are incredible and I hear they may put a hot tub in soon (that would be amazing to soak with those incredible views!). I would recommend TV"s in the bedrooms - we were there on a business trip and not everyone likes basketball as much as I do - go figure :). I missed not being able to watch games away from my co-workers. If you're looking for the best location in town in a beautiful home, this one can't be beat!
