Due to Covid-19, the Cascade Village pool, hot tub and gym are closed until further notice.

Cascade Village condo (Unit 338) is a great mountain escape, with full kitchen, king bedroom, wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and a deck off the living room. Coin laundry on-site, parking garage. Streaming TV via Roku only, with Peacock TV already set up for guest use.

The condo is fully furnished and offers all the comforts of home. The open living plan, full kitchen, fireplace and deck all contribute to the warm atmosphere. The perfect location to snuggle up with a book, hike in the nearby national forest, or come home to a warm crockpot of chili after a day on the slopes. Streaming TV via Roku only, with Peacock TV already set up for guest use.

Cascade Village is less than 2 miles north of Purgatory Ski Area, 26 miles (less then 30 minutes) north of Durango and 25 miles south of Silverton (less than 30 minutes).

On-site amenities at Cascade Village include an indoor heated pool, sauna, outdoor/indoor hot tubs, pool table, outdoor tennis court, ski rental shop and a FREE ski shuttle to Purgatory Resort.

In Fall 2019, the historically terrible WIFI was replaced with Fiber and the WIFI is now not only reliable, but speeds are now around 50 MBS.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Although the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has advised that Covid-19 is spread mainly by person-to-person contact, we are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
One of the ways we're doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.

A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.
