  Perfect place for our group. Nicely situated between Red Rocks and airport with minimal drive. May be different if your goal is downtown Denver? Local neighborhood was fantastic with lots of great food and breweries. 1.5 minutes to Walmart! The house itself was good. Secure garage parking, great water pressure (important to us) ,
  Clean! with plenty of towels/ dishes/ cookware/ etc. room to spread out with multiple tv’s and living room space. Heat was a little touchy to get just right with beds upstairs and in basement but manageable and they provided fans. Host provided great communication. There are lots of stairs so be aware of that. No bedroom on ground level. OA- recommend.

  The house was everything promised. Eight of us stayed there for five days and we were all comfortable. We cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were close to 2 train stations and we used the light rail system to avoid the traffic into Denver. Close to Olde Town Arvada, skiing and an amazing park system linked by bicycle trails. We look forward to visiting again.

  We had a group of 4 couples stay at this lovely home in Arvada. The house was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen had all of the amenities needed for us to cook meals for the whole group. There was a small issue with one of the toilets and Scott handled it right away. We really enjoyed the private backyard space with comfortable patio furniture. Plenty of parking and great location conveniently located near Old Town Arvada. We would definitely recommend to friends and stay here again!
