Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 6a8) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

  Very nice place to stay. The driveway/garage area was large enough to accommodate our trailer and two SxS's. If you have to street park, there is ample room, and it was pretty quiet out there. The master bed was great, and the unit is very new looking and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

  Property was in a great location. Clean, fairly quiet. Great spot for access to hiking trails in Canyonlands and Arches National Parks. Two of the best trails we hiked during our stay were the Hidden Valley and the Fisher Towers. Neither of those trails were in the parks, but we found out about both of the trails from notes in the laundry room of our condo. Many thanks to whoever left those notes and directions.

The unit was great, like we have experienced several times in Moab. The only issue was a broken carafe on the coffee maker and that was resolved quickly.

  Nice place with all the amenities of home. Easily and comfortably slept 6 of us on a 4 day 4x4 trip. We brought our own groceries so as not to overwhelm the local stores and we cooked on the gas grill every night. Great view of the La Sal mountains and quick access to either the highway back to town or the Spanish Valley trail road. We'll be back for sure!
