Our 3-Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom Rim Village Vista townhome (Unit 11A4) is conveniently located just 6 miles from downtown Moab. It's location provides ideal access to mountain biking and hiking trails, 4-wheel driving excursions, Arches N.P. and Canyon Lands N.P. It features outstanding views out every window including the sandstone domes of the Mill Creek Area and the La Sal Mountains.

The home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare group/family meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar. The private enclosed patio is the perfect place to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day of adventuring or early morning cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!). There is plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill is provided.

Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground. There is plenty of green, open space to walk your dog and for the kids to play!

The large 2 car garage is perfect to safely store your Jeep, ATVs, bikes and other gear inside. There is also room for 2 more cars in the driveway and plenty of off street parking for trailers, etc. A bike repair stand is available for use along with an assortment of tools for cyclists to keep their bikes in top shape for epic Moab riding!

Cyclists and Street Legal ORV’s can ride from the condo via Spanish Valley Drive and access many of Moab’s most popular trails without having to ride on Hwy 191 or trailer your vehicles. Parking is plentiful and easy. Bring your trailers, trucks and extra vehicles!

  I had a great stay here with my parents! It was a perfect home base for 5 nights. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown. The entire home is sparkling clean, spacious, well kept up and welcoming.
  Having a 2-car garage was really nice for packing/unpacking the car and keeping it out of the hot sun.
  The neighborhood was very quiet and nicely laid out. The amount of parking here is great and notable, especially for those with larger vehicles and/or trailers (not me, but many Moab visitors will be pulling trailers with OHVs and there is plenty of room for that here!)
  I used the community pools & hot tub every day and really enjoyed having a place to relax after long days outside. I didn’t have my daughter with me this trip but the playground right outside the pool is a nice touch!
  I loved my stay here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

  We had a great stay here in Moab. Our family of 5 fit with plenty of room. Pictures and information was accurate. I liked being outside of town a little to the south, but close enough for dinner or groceries. My only regret was the weather and our schedule prevented me from sitting on the front porch and drinking my morning coffee.

  The house was just as pictured. We had 8 people and a pet, the most amazing part was that we never ran out of hot water!! Property was just about 5-7min outside of the business of Moab and was perfect for us. We didn’t have any need to contact anyone, everything was great! The booking process was made so smooth by Sarah, we had a large number of families going and she worked with all of us to make sure we had what we needed!
  
  We did feel like the pool was smaller than pictured, but it’s two pools and one was closed while we were there, so if that’s a main reason for going you might ask if the second is opened.
  
  We will for sure be staying here again if we ever make it back to Moab!

  The perfect place to start and end every daily adventure while we were mountain biking in Moab. The entire condo was thoughtfully designed, well stocked and clean. We loved having a huge garage to park our SUV and safely
  store our bikes overnight. Huge bonus points for including a bike repair stand with tools and cleaning gear in the garage. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed making pancakes on the griddle for breakfast and preparing a dinner feast each evening. The internet is blazing fast (175mbps+) and makes remote work a breeze. The hot tub was clean and made for the perfect spot to enjoy a beer every night. Our dog loved walking around the neighborhood and thoroughly enjoyed having grass to walk on. We’ll be sure to stay here again next time we visit. Thanks for having us.
